This afternoon my husband and I were debating over whether the eggs in an egg carton he found in the refrigerator door were hard-boiled or raw. I told him I was sure one of the eggs was hard and the rest were raw. I was confident in my story because I remembered putting the last hard-boiled egg in the egg carton with the remaining raw eggs a couple of days ago. To save us from arguing for ten minutes, I ran to my computer and quickly searched “How to tell if your egg is raw or hard-boiled and the following video came up with the right answer:
