A Boomer, I have reached the stage in life where I realize I’m not going to remember every life event important to me until I die. While I hope I can maintain my mental acuity for at least another decade, I try hard to live in the now and one thing I do know is that I need to take action to preserve precious memories, if only for an aid to read to me during my last days in a nursing home.
Fortunately, technology has moved forward enough to make my memory writing aspirations easily achievable. I have been using ChatGPT (generative artificial intelligence since December 8, 2022) and must say it has revolutionized content creation.
