These are scenes from Balloons Over Bend, taken on June 6, 2009. My goal in attending was to meetup with Albuquerque ballooning friends Ray and Carol Bair. I accomplished my goal, but due to the high winds the balloons were unable to launch, leaving Ray to entertain the folks by inflating and tethering his balloon for a short while.
