Web Videos

November 15, 2017 ~ As much as I love classic movies, I am surprised I never discovered “The Hollywood Collection” YouTube channel until today. I later learned that the channel was produced by Janson Media, a company offering rights to broadcast this collection and more through VOD, cable television, events, etc. Follow this link to learn about the collection and acquisition rights.
There are two playlists, one in English and one in Spanish.  It’s going to take me a while to watch all the ones of interest to me but I’m sure looking forward to it over the winter months ahead. The first 10 of 28 videos on the English playlist as of November 15, 2017 are:

  1. Clint Eastwood: The Man From Malpaso
    58:42 min.
  2. Alan Ladd: The True Quiet Man
    58:43 min.
  3. Burt Lancaster: Daring To Reach
    56:39 min.
  4. Audrey Hepburn: Remembered
    48:27 min.
  5. Anthony Quinn: An Original
    1:06:26 min.
  6. Cary Grant: The Leading Man
    58:43 min.
  7. Charlton Heston: For All Seasons
    59:46 min.
  8. Barbara Stanwyck: Straight Down The Line
    47:55 min.
  9. Ingrid Bergman: Remembered
    54:28 min.
  10. Grace Kelly: The American Princess
    50:16 min.

I’ve owned a GoPro Hero 4 since Christmas 2015 and have yet to use it for live streaming video experiences to Facebook or Twitter. Today I found an instructional video on YouTube that inspired me to take action. Because it is too windy outside today I won’t be able to go for a bike ride but I’m optimistic about tomorrow’s weather and getting prepared to stream tomorrow’s ride live. I’ve not decided whether I’m going to use Twitter or Facebook as the platform to stream to, though. I’ll save that decision to the final moments. Meanwhile, here’s the video instructions:

If you prefer, you can watch the video directly from YouTube here.
